What are the turn around times on your products ?
- This depends on what products you are ordering. From
the moment we receive the approval to produce the products it usually
takes about 3 weeks.
What is the minimum amount of a order?
- Minimums on our Skincare, Healthcare and Spa products
vary. Look over our catalog and if that does not answer your question,
give us a call at 877.261.9872. The minimum amount for cameras are
144 units. Plus if you are a first time buyer there is a artwork fee

How do I get artwork to Neato Manufacturing LLC.™?
- We accept artwork either via email, FTP or standard
mail. Email our graphics department at graphics@neatomanufacturing.com.
You can also provide us a website link for logos, pictures and
any other content you wish to use. We will give you warning if the
files you provide are not High-Res. We use the files that are provided
to us. If you require an extreamly elaborate design, contact us for
special pricing.
Is there any specific File Format I should use when
sending artwork?
- We do recommend for any logos, to send them
as a .EPS file, but Jpegs, PDF's, AI or PSD Files
work just as well. Make sure any photos are at the highest resolution.
Low resolution pictures will cause pixelation when printing.
